For the friends who think Disney's The Little Mermaid is anti-feminist, you can now read this. Congrats.

Personally, The Little Mermaid is my favorite film of the so called "Disney Rennaisance" (and even the classic animated Disney films before it). Second is Beauty and the Beast.
